A Very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

What a wonderful, relaxing time to sit back and think about what Christmas really means. Yes, I am very glad that my husband is on vacation for 10 days (perk of the long teaching hours). Yes, the reuniting of the siblings and cousins is always exciting. Yes, there are plenty of good meals and cookies to munch on any time of day or night. But what I'm most thankful for is that a little baby was born thousands of years ago so that he could die. I can have "wonderful" Christmases here on Earth, but my mind is blown away by the thought that I'll be able to have "Christmas forever" because of that little baby. Thank you Jesus! May you have a blessed holiday season.
